Surrounded by family and friends we were given something that you can't measure, weigh or portion at our recent "First Six Graduation Party".

In addition to a personalized Chefs Jacket, we were given both pride and acknowledgment. The First Six event marks the completion of the first six classes at the Maui Culinary Academy. My classmates and I are getting a world class education from a highly respected Culinary Program. Our instructors are second to none both educationally and personally. They hold this First Six Graduation Ceremony for us from their hearts&.not because they have to, but because they want to. On behalf of my fellow classmates, I want to thank them for their knowledge, patience and expertise. When I graduate from this program it will be with a smile on my face and pride in my heart. I will proudly wear my beautiful Chef's Jacket as an outward symbol of an inward feeling of pride and respect.
