This year we called upon our programs top graduates to assist us in creating a food and wine celebration truly reflective of Maui and our island community. Throughout the evening we will focus on providing guests with a greater understanding of the culinary arts and the important role Maui Culinary Academy plays in fostering our islands young, curious, and eager.
